1. Introduction
Welcome to Farreach 1 Toolkit—a web application (the “App”) operated by Farreach International Ltd. (“Farreach,” “we,” “us,” “our”). 9. Disclaimers & Limitations of Liability
- The App is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind—statutory, implicit, or otherwise.
- Farreach disclaims all responsibility for outages, errors, or inaccuracies in the App.
- Under no circumstances will Farreach be liable for:
- indirect, incidental, consequential, punitive damages;
- loss of profits, data, or business opportunities;
- claims arising from your use, misuse, or inability to use the App.
10. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold Farreach and affiliates harmless from any claim, loss, damage, expense, or liability related to your use of the App or violation of these Terms.

We may modify or discontinue the App (or features thereof) at any time, with or without notice. We reserve the right to change these Terms; updates will be posted on the site. Continued use after changes implies acceptance.
12. Termination
Farreach may suspend or terminate your account, or your access to the App, at its sole discretion and without prior notice, including for violations of these Terms. Upon termination, your rights under these Terms immediately cease.
13. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of Nigeria, without regard to its conflict of law rules. Disputes shall fall within the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Imo State, Nigeria.
14. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is deemed invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
15. Entire Agreement
These Terms, along with the Privacy Policy and any referenced documents, constitute the entire agreement between you and Farreach regarding the App and supersede any prior agreements.
