Refund Policy – Farreach 1 Toolkit

1. Overview

Thank you for choosing Farreach 1 Toolkit, a software-as-a-service platform operated by Farreach International Ltd. (“we”, “us”, “our”). This Refund Policy outlines the circumstances under which we may offer refunds for paid subscriptions or services within the Toolkit.


2. Digital Product Nature – No Automatic Refunds

  • As a digital service, Farreach 1 Toolkit is non‑returnable and non‑refundable once access has been granted.
  • Once a subscription or access package is purchased and delivered, no refund is generally provided—similar to industry standards for digital toolkit.

3. Eligible Exceptions

Under certain exceptional circumstances, we may offer a refund or credit at our discretion:

  • Technical Defect or Corruption: If the service is unavailable due to a verified system defect or corruption, and persists for more than 7 business days, you may request a replacement or refund after support investigations.
  • Incorrect Package Delivered: If you are granted access to the wrong plan or module that does not match what was advertised or purchased.
  • Duplicate Payment: If you accidentally pay twice for the same plan or renewal, we will refund the duplicate payment upon verification.

4. Refund Request Process

To request a refund or alternative resolution, please:

  • Email our support team at support@farreachinternational.com with:
    • Your order or subscription ID
    • A description of the issue
    • Any relevant screenshots or documentation
  • Submit your request within 14 calendar days of the original payment.

We will review your request promptly and aim to respond within 7 business days.


5. Refund Processing Terms

  • If a refund is approved, it will be returned to the original payment method used.
  • Depending on the financial institution, it may take between 5–10 business days to reflect in your account.
  • Processing may include a 10% service and processing fee, unless otherwise prohibited by applicable law—similar to established digital refund practices.

6. Cancellation & Access Termination

  • You may cancel your subscription at any time, effective at the next billing cycle.
  • However, cancellation does not entitle you to any refund for the current active period or any partially used access.

7. Limitations & Denials

Refund requests will not be approved under the following circumstances:

  • You simply changed your mind after purchase, or no longer wish to use the service.
  • You did not read or understand the service features before subscribing.
  • You have used the full access period or accessed the Toolkit significantly.
  • The issue arises from third-party systems, browser conflicts, or user error—not the Toolkit itself.

8. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

This Refund Policy is governed by the laws of Nigeria. Any disputes arising from this Policy shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Imo State, Nigeria.


9. Policy Updates

We reserve the right to modify this Refund Policy at any time. Updates will be posted at www.app.farreachinternational.com/refund-policy and indicated by a revised Effective Date. Continued use of the app after changes implies acceptance.
